“Sweetheart, go play with Eli and Lilly, look they’re waiting for you.” Mamma tells me as I grin up at her and nod eagerly before I sprint in the direction of the Russo siblings — well, two of them really — their eldest is a year older than me and he is mostly with the adults or with his black cat most of the time.
Eli and Lilly are nice, they always play with me whenever we come here and dad tells me that the two of them are very agreeable friends for me.
The thought makes me grin. I like having my parents’ approval on the things I do. They always have my best interests at heart.
