The Vance mansion is bejewelled to a point of nauseating gaudiness in the wake of the MET charity event that they are hosting tonight.
Gryphon Vance, the son of the great hotelier Eduardo Vance has just taken up mantle as the new CEO of the Vance Hotel Empire and this charity event is being hosted in regards to that announcement.
From the looks of it, all of the who's who of Upper East Side Manhattan have been invited and the only reason I have been skeptical about this gala is because Serena Vance, Donovan's on-and-off girlfriend is also going to be in attendance since she is Eduardo Vance's stepdaughter and Gryphon Vance's stepsister after their parents tied the knot last year in Santorini.
