My mind is racing a million miles a minute. My breath hitches. "Did he just say Dimitri?" I hear my grandmother say softly. Not sure if she is talking to me or herself. Everyone is quiet as they look back from the door to me. The large double doors open and I can see him. I begin questioning my own vision and hearing. Most people begin to chit chat amongst themselves again and the pin drop silence is broken.  He looks around, scanning the room with no expression on his face. His eyes fall on me and suddenly I feel the most intense feeling of butterflies and bees fluttering and buzzing around in the pit of my stomach.  His expressionless face softens and morphs into a big, beautiful smile.
