"Damn it, they set up a roadblock!" the driver in the front cursed again.
Yasmine was overjoyed when she heard this.
A roadblock?!
It must be Xavier! He must have discovered that she had been kidnapped!
"Can we get through?" Bonnie said fiercely.
"Unless I'm crazy," the driver refused. "They've raised the roadblock. If I dare to break through, I'll definitely die a horrible death!"
"Then take a detour," David suggested. "Turn around and go to the port. Tell your boss to send someone to meet us there. The port and the city exit are in two different directions. Since Xavier set up a roadblock here, the port should be safe."
