The line of horse carriage is going near to the luxurious gate of Grand Magusica. The steel gate that surrounded the school looked very diferent than an usual gate, this gate have their steel beams line up unevenly, while some of them looked more like vines.

When the first carriage in line getting near the gate, the steel beam started to move. As if it made out of living being, those steel vines are moving away from the carriage, giving them the way to proceed into the academy.

After passing the gate, they found themself in the park inside Grand Magusica. Not much to see now since it’s dark, and the lamp only located on the path that lead them to the academy building.

The line of carriage stopped at the roundabout decorated by fountain, beside them, is the stair that lead into the big luxurious building. Kids from the carriage are disembarking, and also picking their belongings up.

After the last student finished, suddenly the great door of that building opened, golden lights comes from the inside, while a silhouette of a person is standing right in front of them.

“New students... Welcome to the Grand Magusica Academy!” said a cheerful female voice that comes from that silhouette. As their eyes are getting used to the light, the students are seeing a woman mage standing at the entrance.

She wears a traditional witch attire, a one-piece dark blue dress, and pointy hat with the same color. But it rather odd that the witch is doing something that more liberal to her clothes. Her dress is tighter than any mages robe that those kids see everytime they hear about magician, it clearly shown the shape of her waist up to her breasts.

The dress is even more provocative, because the left side of the skirt is torn down to the bottom, letting people to see the white leg and thighs. Not to mention that she let her cleavage on full display for everyone to see.

“I’am one of the instuctor here, my name is Chiro Ptera, and I will introduce you to this school. After you have packed your stuffs, let’s gather at the lobby, so we could have better look of what this school is!” she said cheerfully and turn her back to get into the building.

There are still a murmur around the students. Most males are talking at each other excitedly when they see her.

“What a beauty! She is far more pretty than every girl I dated so far!”

“So the teacher is in this school can act like that too huh? At first i only thought that they are will only teach us about old magic and stuffs!”

Mui looked to the trio that cames from his carriage, and they are also excited to see that witch called Chiro Ptera. It clearly shown that their teenage hormon is kicking into their behaviour and way of thinking.

In contrast, the female students are only shaking their head toward their male friends.

“She could be using one of those youth potion you know? Maybe she is actually a middle aged woman with wrinkles all over her body!” said one of them.

“Yeah, you don’t know what those witches could do!”

While all of them are either talking about the school, magics, and the teacher that they just met. Mui feels her heart is thumping. Not because one of those conversation, but because he is started to worry if he would ever found his place in this school.

It could be said that Mui is pretty traumatic after what happened on the station. He know people could be rude, but this is the first time that he is being attacked because of his race.

People are starting to get into the lobby, where they see the witch is standing in the middle of the room. This place is quite big with round-shaped interior, the walls are decorated with medals, emblems, pictures, and painting of the academy. It’s natural that schools are wanted to brag their achievement, especially for the guests and to their student’s parents.

After the last student get into the room, the giant lobby door is slowly closing.

Chiro is standing at the end of the lobby, looking at the students with a smile. “Let’s start with a quick history, are we?”

“You may already know that the Grand Magusica is the first magic school in the Continent. But not only that, this place are also the first form of formal education in the entire world. This academy could be traced back as far as five hundred years ago in a Kingdom Era,” She wave her hand, and suddenly the light of the lobby goes extinguished. But instead, another light come out from her hand, and swirling around the air. It turned into one great attraction that shown the world map.

“That time, the first Grand Magus written in history, Miraculius felt that they are needed a place to train people with magic ability. He is the first who created a gathering of magician in his home. What at first functioned as simple gathering and group study, slowly turn into organitation, and therefore, the school were build on the ground that used to be his home.”

Those shining magic wire are transforming, following the story that she create. First, there are figure of mages with five other people that gather at the table, and then it transformed into the castle, that represent the school.

“Many years passed after that, and one of the greatest event in history happened. The World War against Devil Races,” It changed again into the scenery of war between Alliance Army, and Automatas that controlled by Devil King Goettia.

“During the war time between the Alliance and Devils, this place suffer numerous of attack, and have to stop their teaching and learning activities, causing almost a generation of mages can’t learn to explore their true ability.”

Chiro stopped at one moment, making the magic puppet show slowly dissapear.

“The castle also left at their worst state. Magician all around the world are enveloped by sadness, imagining that the end of magic in this continent is at dawn. But one person, managed to pull out this academy from it’s darkest time.”

Those string of magic suddenly explodes, and bright fiery figure are drawn on the air.

“Oliver Warden, our current headmaster, and the one that they dubbed as Father of Technology. Thank to his leadership, and help from every other Kingdom of the Alliance, Grand Magusica is able to restore itself in the span of two years.”

After that presentation, the magic string disapear, and light return to this lobby.

“And that is the very quick and brief history of our school. You will attend this school for four years, and live with each other in the dormitory that we have prepare. Of course, just like any other instance, we have set of rules that you have to obey. But first, let’s celebrate your arrival with a delicious dinner ceremony,” said Chiro. Once again, the light around the lobby is started to dim, with the exception of line of lights, that appeared on one of the corridor.

“Please follow me,” said Chiro, she lead the group to the long hall of that building, where they could see gardens, fountains, and rows of classrooms. This place indeed big, spacious, and luxurious, making Mui feels more intimidated with how people around him are casualy walking into the place as big as this.

“What’s wrong, Mui?” Karas suddenly appeared beside him. His wolf ear is twitching behind his brown hairy head.

“It’s the first time I’ve been in the place as big as this,” said Mui, “Aren’t you feel overwhelmed, Karas?”

“Well, this place is indeed big, even bigger than my grandparent’s,” replied the beastmen. Mui remember that Karas is from the line of nobles, he must have some sort of experience to getting in and out of palace.

“You might find difficulties to navigate rooms, but you’ll learn over time, it’s not that difficult,” he said. Mui could only put on a wry smile, and continue to follow them into the hall.

Not long after that, they arrived to another giant wooden door. Chiro did not need to stop, because the door opened by itself.

The hall is filled with rows of long table and chair. At the end of the hall, is the table that placed slightly higher than the majority of it. They are filled with the students, some are look older that the new students, while other are also seems younger.

As Chiro and the new students walking into the hall, they are greeted by claps and cheers from the seniors, and also from the teachers that are siting at the end of the hall.

Chiro turn his back, and facing the students that she lead.

“Welcome to the Grand Magusica Academy. Your home and school for the next four years. Now, I’ll let the headmaster, Oliver Warden to give the welcoming speech for all of the new students,” said Chiro for the last time. Suddenly, that female figure who have been speaking and leading the students, is turned into numerous bats, and then fly away toward the big window of that hall.

Everyone surprised of what the witch’s doing, even the seniors that sitting are ducking down to avoid bing hit by those bats. Same expression are also shown by the teachers on the podium, some them are whispering somehing like, “Oh dear, she did it again.”

After the teachers and the seniors are calm down, the adult male that sit in the middle of the table get of his chair. He wears the magnificent robe, with purple being the main color of it. His hair is short with the color of gold. He may looked like around hi fifty, but the smile in his face, and his sturdy expression, shows that he is still young at spirit.

“My name, is Oliver Warden,” he said. The air around this room feels change when he started to speak. There is a sensation of pride, adoration, and mighty among the schoolar, even Mui could feel it.

“Just like your seniors when they first arrived at this academy. I’ll tell you the story of my time here as the student,” he said. “Decades before the restoration and the war, I was just an ordinary kid, living as an orphan at the capital. When my foster parents discover that I have an aptitude for magic, they started to ask where is the place that suitable for me, and here I am.”

He stare deeply at the student, when his eyes suddenly meet the gaze of Devil who stand at the far back of the students. “To be honest, I’m not a smart student, not even the type that everyone across the school know. I won’t be in this place if not because of my mentor, Professor Alba that give me courage to pursue the thing that I love.”

After he said that, pieces of machine appeared out of nowhere. It started to assemble themself into some sort of magic machine that letting out of fireworks.

Loud noise suddenly fill the bland hall, colorfull explosion appeared all over the place, which awe the students and teachers alike.
