The warm barrel of the gun tightened against his skin as Cho compressed the trigger. “Stop right there, b***h or he’s dead.”
Dini screeched to a stop and Alastair stepped in front of her. Godric threw his brother a grateful look.
She stepped around Alastair, holding a sheet of paper out in front of her. “I wrote the composition of my cream on this piece of paper. I’ll give it to you if you let him go.”
“Dini! Get back. I’ve got this.”
Cho shifted his wrist and hit Godric hard on the side of the head.
