Brianna’s POV
His words were like a broken CD, constantly ringing in my heart but couldn’t be processed. He was just looking at me as if waiting for my reaction but I don’t know what to say. I can’t even find the words to say. I became incapable of thinking rationally as I stared at his eyes full of emotions.
“You made me realize my shortcomings, Brianna. When I met you, I had so many insecurities. I got so scared especially with the fact that you can stand on your own and you don’t need me. You can live without me while I can’t live without you. I’d be a wreck, Bree. My life would be a waste, meaningless and lonely…”
It’s so hard to hear those words from him. I couldn’t stand the intensity of his stares. I looked away as my heart clenched in pain.
