New Sights I awoke to the sun streaming through the slightly-open curtains, gracing my face. It was like my own personal wake up call, the sun warming my face to awaken to a new day, rather than waking up to the blaring sound of an alarm. I wondered how stellar it would it be to fit into a natural rhythm of waking up with sunshine as it rises and going to sleep as it set. My other alarm, my beautiful Alezmé, wouldn’t too far away though surely. I also could count off the seconds leading up to 6.50 a.m. when she would usually spring awake.
