Midnight Silver The scene was moonlit. It was perfect, really, I thought in awe about being with Abe, out here on the ocean. It may be after midnight by now, I guessed, as we sat, gently rocking on our surfboards, listening to the small waves crash and retract on the shore. The moon was reflecting brilliantly off the water, casting a different light across the ocean. I noticed my silver bracelet that was so comfortable and light I had forgotten to take it off earlier, and gazed at the reflected beauty of the silver against the moonlight.
