I got a weird message from an unknown number telling me to come alone if I want to save my husband. The location was sent to me immediately.
My heart raced. Could Alex be in trouble? I asked.
I wanted to call Larry, but I decided against it, since I was warned to come alone. Things like this don't end well. I thought.
Who could be behind this? Amelia came to mind, but I shrugged it off. She can't hurt Alex. She loves him.
I put on my clothes quickly and dashed out of the house. Driving at full speed, I got to the location within a few minutes.
