The first time outside
While I was getting ready to go out, it came to my mind that I needed for everything those colourful papers that humans used to do everything. They took the fuel and gave colourful money, they got on the bus and had to give the colourful papers to the controller that gave them an all white one in exchange (a lot less pretty to be honest). They parked the car and put the colourful papers in a talking machine... even to go to the toilet at the park, they needed those papers, or those shiny and hard metal discs. I knew that most of humans get them by working, but I also knew that Italo was jobless for a while. So I hoped that he didn’t finish them all, because in that case I would’ve been doomed! I looked in all the drawers, the cabinets, the clothes pockets: nothing!
