Some of the wolves have developed horns, and the others can no longer communicate. It’s bad; the witch can be our only hope at the moment, and I did that reckless thing.
“We should visit the witch!” I announce.
“I already did. In exchange for information she wants something in return. You have to be willing to give up something vital to you to get anything from her.” He says, and I weigh those words.
I know I wouldn’t be willing to give up anything to save everyone. I am not the hero everyone thinks I am, and I won’t try to be the hero either.
