The next morning, Ariel was the one who woke up first and Marcel got her checked with the doctor. Her vitals were normal, which were displayed on the machine while the test reports were yet to come. However, the cold had turned her body weaker, so she was suggested for bed rest for at least a week.
Once the doctor left, Marcel asked Ariel to lie on the bed.
"How is Dominik? I need to see him," Ariel said in a low voice.
“He is fine and has to wake up yet,” Marcel answered and turned aside so that she could see Dominik was in the same room as hers. “The doctor said Dominik would take time to wake up,” he added.
Ariel, despite Marcel’s concern, propped herself on her elbows to sit up. She looked at the intravenous on her hand and told Marcel she wanted to look at Dominik closely.
