Adrian applied the brakes on the car and looked outside the window. "I think you have to change the apartment soon as well," he said and glanced at Evelina.
"Rents are cheaper here," she stated. "And my prime focus is to clear the doubts, which my father left on my head," she added.
"But this area looks unsafe to live in," Adrian asserted.
"Yeah, it does. But nothing has happened here so far. I mean any murder or big crime," Evelina stated. "It's raining heavily. So, do you wish to come inside for some time? You can leave after the rain stops," she opined.
Adrian looked out of the window and thought for a while. The downpour was heavy and to drive in such weather right now would be difficult.
“Ok, let’s go then,” Adrian replied and picked up an umbrella from the back seat.
