Chapter Four -Continuation

By the time I had gotten through the entire letter to say I was furious was an understatement .
" Do you want to explain wat the hell this is all about?" Jason asks me as he throws the letter towards me. After I read the letter i was so shocked I didn't even know what to say let alone think. Then I realized something ,OH MY WORD I... I had a son.
"Alpha ,Beta I'm done with my examination you may come in and see Alex now but please be quite cause she's resting ", Emily said. I was pushed out of the way before I could even get through the door as Jase rushed passed me to get to Alex.
As I entered I saw her laying there , her body so tiny against the big bed. She looked so peaceful asleep , like the pain had finally stopped.
" Dr what's wrong with her?" asked Jase.
"To be frank I don't even know myself Jason. What I can tell you is that this isn't the first time something like this has happened."
" H ow can you know for sure?"
"Well Alpha firstly after my examination which I made sure to double check I have seen older bruises on her on her body. After further examination the bruises appear to be roughly six months old."
Jase and I moved closer to the foot of her bed even more protective of her now.
"I don't understand though doc, if the wounds are six months old shouldn't they have healed by now?" asked Jase
"In any normal situation I would say yes, but unfortunately this isn't like anything I have seen in all of my years as a doctor. You see as the old wounds were healing , new one's already started to form . Also she has a lot of internal damage to her body."
"What kind of damage are we talking about exactly Emily?"
