“Here you go, one black coffee no sugar and one jelly donut," I said handing out the order to the customer.
He thanked me and left. Man, I can't believe it's been over a month since I started college and a lot has happened.
True to his word, Jared did help me speak with the owner of the cafe and I've been working here for about three weeks now.
The pay is ridiculously high and somehow I suspect Jared has something to do with that but I'm not exactly complaining. My boss is nice and we've become friends.
