Against all odds

I am just a girl who has done no harm to anyone, Now I wish I had never grown,life was perfect back than. I wish I would never turn 16, but who am I to change the hands of time. This is ridiculous, it can't be true. it's school day and as usual Kelly comes to pick me up, we did our daily routine with the bus and we were at school. Same old school studying and making a fuss at some periods. Today it's normal, except for one thing, I can't see Dan. "looking for someone", says Kelly with a smile on her pretty face. " No actually"; me trying to deny what was going on. "I can clearly see it on your face,Sal. stop pretending, I heard he didn't make it to school today". "who are you talking about?", I said, " you know who, Daniel". she said and I looked her straight in the face, shocked."is it that obvious hah!?". Just as I was about to turn back, my nose bled, as if something had punched me,"ouch", I muttered. "Sal you bleeding"; "am I?". I took my hand and wiped my nose, to my surprise I was bleeding. Just as I was amazed by the blood on my hand, I felt something hitting my head, a scratch on my face, I fell. Everyone in class came running, shouting my name,"Sally,are you okay?". suddenly I felt something chocking me. what the hell is wrong with me... I began to struggle, like I was pushing someone from strangling me." someone call for help",says ma'am who clearly has no explanation of what is happening to me. I managed to get up but I was weakening. they rushed me outside the school to an umbulance. Kelly got in to the hospital. I arrived there and they did some check ups. the doctor couldn't find any explanation to what happened but he told me to wait. As the doctor went out, Kelly came in to check on me."how are you feeling?"; "I'm hanging there". just as we were talking, someone came in, hurted badly and had the same markings as I. "Daniel,what happened? are you okay", I said trying to get up. "what are you doing?", Kelly said, "I need sometime alone with Sal". I turn to Kelly who wanted to hesitate and gave her a nod, she went out."can I ask you something?", asking Daniel to me."yes, yes you can". "Do you trust me", "that's a weird question to ask!", I said confused at what is going on, "Do you love me?", he is uttering these words and he is moving closer and closer to me."I...urh...I ", just as he was close enough to lean on me, he bent and kissed me. Gosh...the best feeling of my life, everything turned peaceful as a beautiful garden of paradise, I kissed him back, felt like ages I have wanted to kiss him, all I could feel was his lips on mine, he leaned back and said,"I'm sorry",I was yet to understand what was he talking about than he again pressed his lips on mine. breath-takingly he held me towards him than a spark came, all the wounds began to heal, the more he deeply kissed me, the lesser I felt pain and my wounds were gone, so are his. I couldn't notice at first because I was lost in the Neverland, where everything joyful exists but when he drifted away I was still longing for him back and opened my eyes only to see him gone. "Dan...Dàn", I looked around but there was no one. "Sal, are you...", said Kelly but just as she was close, she uttered,"you have healed, what happened, how come you..", mother rushed in to me," my poor baby, are you okay, what.. what".. "I'm okay mom, really I'm fine". "but Kelly said you were .. what happened to the scars?". I. was now sure I loved Dan..I was certain I loved him and trusted him. there was nothing in the world I wanted more than him. he has become my life line ... Against all that has happened. I felt not scared anymore, I felt strong and I felt a strong bond of love against all.
