Strange Things Around

Summer is over yet again I have not set my eyes on Daniel. Ever since summer, I have been feeling a bit strange, I have been having these strange dreams at night but in those dreams something is familiar somehow. It's morning and I am already prepared for school. I went downstairs and found my lovely parents, who always wear a smile on their faces, I said "Good Morning", rushing off to a cookie jar which was on the kitchen table. "Don't you dare", says mom who is already looking at me. "ding dong", that's the bell on the door. " get the door Kelvin". he stands up and just as he is almost at the door, he mumbles "Why me!". He opens the door, it's Kelly, ready for us to go. "Good Morning Mr and Mrs Samuels" she says and looking at my brother, "and to you too Kelvin",she smiles. "Morning Kelly". "Great, what about me", says me to Kelly with my eyes wide open. She laughs at me and say, " can we go". I nod and head for the door, "bye everyone". we took off to the bus stop, there we waited until the school bus came and we hop in. School has plenty of new faces and I on the other hand am behaving quite strange. " are you alright, you seem too hyper these days, you are awfully behaving really unusual". " I don't know, even I am confused, I seem to understand alot, my vision is brighter and clearer, I can sense and feel things, it's strange,but who cares,it's a new day". we head to class and found out that the teacher had already reached there before us. "Okay class, take your seats and keep quiet", we sat. Something was different today, I understood all that Mrs Johnson was teaching, Are you kidding me?. . This was a philosophy class, one of the subjects I have never understood. I kept on raising my hand, giving answers faster, It was as if I knew what was she talking about. "Somebody has been doing their reading this summer". summer...summer.. suddenly I drifted to summer, what really happened in summer?, than my mind again drifted to Daniel, what happened to him? why did I felt so alive like never before around him?! as the thought faded, I heard a cold breeze. "class, I want you to meet Mr Thompson. he is a transfer student, I want you to make him feel welcome, you may join the class", than the teacher points the empty chair infront of me. whaaaat! , he sat. my eyes could not believe my sight, what in God's name is this. I stick my eyes out, I'm staring at the guy sitting infront of me. Again the world stands still, that pulling force again, am I dreaming, I better wake up. "Miss Samuels are you with me". All eyes turned to me except for the one infront of me. "Ahm yes, yes ma'am"." what was I saying?", to my outmost surprise, I began to chant, all that the teacher said and more, " that's correct, now stick your eyes to the board please". At first I heard broad and my eyes went straight to where they were. "board please"."yes ma'am", I said.
class was dismissed and before I knew it I was on the passage hall. " you did it again, but this time you were completely different"; says Kelly in shock, I told her last time but not all the story, not the part where the world stands still, not the part where I feel alive around him, not the part that pulls me dangerously towards him, only the part that he is strange and I feel awkward around him. " I don't know Kelly, this guy does something to me un explainable". "we have got to figure out". Recess was over and we heard back to classes, we went to the math class. "all take seats", says Mr Richard. he than began writing on the chalk board, I took my math excersise and began to copy, when I looked to the board, something weird was happening. All that is written began to re-arrange into words only I can understand... "THE TIME IS NEAR" , I felt dizzy, I collapsed to my table, than I heard a voice right next to me, "Are you okay?", I looked around, no one was near and looking at me until my eyes met Daniel. I looked at him confused, "You should get some fresh air, it's not safe for you here right now".. I couldn't believe it, he was talking straight to my mind. "Ahm Sir, can I be excused", he nods and I take my stuff, as I was to the door I glanced at Kelly who was totally confused at what is wrong with me, I gave her a signal and went out. Just as I reached the garden, someone came after me. It was Daniel...
