Scott wasn't prepared for what came next. Zach had expertly flipped him on his back and was now pinning him on the ground. It wasn't supposed to be a surprise been that Zach had a black belt and spent quite some time in the gym but Scott didn't understand why he'd done it and ouch it had hurt. "What the hell, Zach?" Zach wasn't listening. His mind just continued to replay 'you can get her back' like a broken mixtape. If Scott, the one who calculated each move before making it, the one with his head screwed on right and was perceptive as hell had said he could get Annie back, then there was hope. "I can?" He whispered, hope blossoming in his chest. Scott's only reply was an eyeroll. "I just said that, dumbass, now let me go." He squirmed under Zach's hold and Zach quickly unpinned him.
