Leonardo Ricci’s POV I was breathing heavily as I saw Kate was walking toward me. I stepped back as I wanted to put some distance between us. She saw what I could do and I don’t think she will be spending any more time with me anymore. “You should leave,” I said as I was breathing hard, trying to keep my head above the water. Why do I feel dizzy all of a sudden? “You’re injured,” Kate said as she was coming at me. I held out my hands to her as if that would stop her from coming at me. “Don’t come. I could hurt you, I cannot protect you,” I said as I was looking at her. Her face was blurry in my vision as I was holding my breath. I felt the pain now as the anger was subdued in me.
