. THE TRUTH

NOTE ' I will be staying onTiffy's P.O.V ( point of view ) for a while .

TIFFY P.O.V

As I stood outside on the lawn , waiting for Clinton to step out of his jeep , I tried not seem to excited to see him .

As Clinton step out of his car and lock his car door , he walk towards me smiling .

" Hey beautiful , how have you been ? . " Said Clinton in his deep voice .

" Hey Clint , I've bine great , you ? . " I said wrapping my Arms around his waist looking up at him .

" being here with you now , I feel way better than I feel an hour ago. " He said , pulling Tiffy closer and landed a swift kiss on her lips , what an flirtation man he was .

" Stop being so flirtatious and come inside. " Tiffy said trying to pull him inside but he would not budge .

" What's wrong ? . " She asked him .

" Nothing , I am just looking at the house , it beautiful and it's quiet big for only one person , to live here alone . " Clinton said as he checked out the house and the surroundings .

" Yeah I told my father this house was way too big , but he wouldn't make me live in a house in a smaller house , as he called his one little . " Tiffy said , explaining to him .

" your family must work quite the money to buy a house this big and call it small , but anyway let's go In , I also want to see the inside . " Clinton said .

Tiffy again felt terrible for lieing , to him , when Clinton had her had shared some things that they had hated the most , Clinton had said he hate lies the most .

" Yeah let go in . " Tiffy said holding his hands , as She walked in side the house she Started showing him around , where the living room , guest room , guest bathroom , Master bedroom , Kitchen , washing room , inside jacuzzi , Closet room and so on

.

She then started showing him the outside , where she should have shown him first , she showed him the flowers garden , the vegetable garden , the pool. After she had shown him around , they hang out in the flowers garden .

" I thought I came to help you bring in the boxes , but instead I came just to explore . " Clinton said , rolling his neck in circles .

" I should buy you a neck brace as a present , as you birthday is in 9 days . " Tiffy said jokingly.

" why would you buy something like that for my present. " Said looking down at her .

" Because every time you have to be looking down at me , I'm sure you're having neck problems right now , so when I buy you the neck brace you can just keep your neck straight , while still look down on me and it wouldn't hurt so bad . " Tiffy said , Looking up at him , she suddenly stand up and went behind Clinton and started massaging his shoulder.

" I'm pretty sure it's the other way around , you're the one looking up at me every moment , so you should either wear heels VERY , high heels when you're with me , OR , I could instead buy you the brace , Ugh , you're really good at massaging . " Clinton said , moaning .

Tiffy knew it was now or never and she had to pick now .

" Clinton I have something to tell you . " Tiffy said , in an confident voice , but in side she was fretting as hell.

" what is it . " Clinton said as he relaxed more into the bench.

" Well i- I'm an hei- " before Tiffy could complete her sentence.

" Tiffy I'm back , where are you . " She heard Ava shouted , she had totally forgot about Ava also being here , but it had sounded as if , when she went to greet Clinton outside , when he had just reached , Ava had left.

" I'm around the garden. " Tiffy shouted back , as she stop massaging Clinton's shoulder and neck , and went to sat back down beside him.

Some second later , Ava came around the left corner of the garden with some bags into her hands .

" I've brought food , hey Clinton nice to see you again . " Ava said walking towards us , she then sat on my left while Clinton was on my right , she stretched out her right hand to Clinton , Clinton took her hand and shook it.

" It's nice too see you again Eva . " Clinton said to Ava saying her name wrongly.

" It's Ava not Eva but i get that a lot , at least you remember me . " Ava said smiling , when she catched my eyes she winked at me , Tiffy rolled her eyes.

After we all chated for a bit and eat the pizza slices , Ava went inside saying she didn't want to be a third wheel , which totally embarrassed me.

But what I am now glad about , is when Clinton asked if I want to go to a beach .

I've only went Resorts and hotel beaches where I didn't get to spend a lot of time at the beach because I had to do and learn a lot of business traits with my parents .

After I had answered is question with a yes , I told him I would go and teach my clothes , I changed into a simple knee length ripped Jean's and a blue t-shirt with a blue sandals , as much as I want to call these clothes that I'm wearing simple , every single piece of clothes I have in my closet is expensive.

After changing my clothes I ran downstairs then outside , to were Clinton was standing beside his truck . When I entered Clinton's jeep I send a quick message to Ava saying that ' I was leaving with Clinton and will soon be back. '

After 30 minutes of driving we saw the nearest beach, so Clinton parked his car on the road side , then I took of my slippers that I was wearing and stepped out of Clinton jeep , onto the road and I ran into sandy sand , of the beside side .

I stand facing the the sun going down, I felt Clinton's arm wrapped around my waist , and his head going into the crook of my neck.

" Today has been an exhausting day for me , but I'm glad I came here . " - Clinton

" Thank you for coming, Clint I really appreciate you being here today. " - Tiffy

" By the way what did you wanted to tell me before your friend Ava interrupted you . " Clinton asked.

" I will tell you later . " Tiffy replied.

They had sat down on to the sand , conversation flowing easily between them before they know 2 hours had passed by so quickly , As if they had blinked and time passed by , the time was getting colder and darker so they decided it was time to go home , on the way back to her place , there was a comfortable silence only the soft music playing and the sound of the wind gushing by.

Tiffy decided to break the comfortable silence with a question.

" When are you going back . " She asked Clinton it was a question that had been on her mind ever since , Clinton told her he had to back to the military base soon .

" Where ?. " Clinton asked , turning his face in my direction for a moment then back to the road.

" When are you going back to the base . " Tiffy asked her question again , clearer this time.

" Next month . " he answered.

Tiffy stayed silent , it was sad to know he would have to go away that soon.

" What are you going to miss me ? . " he asked , what kind of foolish question was he asking her of course she would miss him .

" I'm sad that your going away so soon , I going to miss . " Tiffy said putting her head out side the window , she did not want him to see her tears , Tiffy wondered what was wrong with her , it wasn't like he wouldn't be dack , but how long.

Tiffy quickly wiped her tears away as not to make Clinton see them and trying not to make any sound .

" Hey , hey , are you ok ?. " Clinton putting his hand on my leg , giving me a comforting squeeze .

" Will you be able to use you phone ? . " I asked him.

" Depending on the Mission I have to do and where the Mission is taking place . " His answer did not made me feel and better . but I didn't want to ruining the mood so I said an ' ok ' then stayed quiet through the rest of the way back home.

Clinton pulled up out side my gate , Then he shuted off the car engine then he turn to me.

" no matter what mission I'm on I will always find a time to contact you . " he said leaning other and pressing a gentle kiss on my forehead , cheeks , then lips .

Tiffy smiled at him then went to open the car door but a hand stopped her .

" What were you going to tell me today ? . " Clinton asked smiling at me .

I wasn't bother going to tell Clinton what I wanted to tell him, but seeing that smile on is face , made me want to tell him everything and that's what I did .

Tiffy bite her bottom lip wondering if this was the right idea .

" I am an heiress . " Tiffy finally blurted out .

About an minute gad passed and Clinton hadn't said anything to her , Finally he said .

" An heiress ? . " He asked me raising an high brow .

" Yes I am the Heiress to the Herbert family . " Tiffy said looking up at him to see his reaction but all she saw was confusion , Then moment after surprise .

" Herbert as in the second Richest in NEW ORLEANS ? . " Clinton asked staring down at her .

Tiffy nodded and replied and said yes not breaking contact with Clinton .

" You said your parents own a small company as in one small company . I'm more than sure the Herbert family owns more than one small company .... So you lied , or is this a prank . " Clinton said , he keeps emphasizing on ' one small company ' .

" I didn't mean to lie to you , I had just met you , and I didn't know if I could fully trust you , so I lied I'm sorry this is why I wanted you here today to tell you the truth . " Tiffy said looking up at Clinton pleading for him to trust her .

" I understand but how do I know that your telling the truth . " he said taking hold of my hand.

" you could ask Ava or wait what is the name of the Herbert daughter ? . " Tiffy asked him .

" Tiffy Herbert , wow , you know that's your parents won't want you to be in a relationship with a middle class person like me right . " Clinton said says holding my hands in his.

" My parents are not the ones dating you I am , they can't control who I marry . " I said firmly and it was true , I would never make my parents arrange an marriage for me , because that's what Rich families are doing nowadays .

" You have to go in now beautiful , it's getting late . " Clinton said giving me a kiss on the cheeks .

" Ok , good bye and good night , Safe journey back home . " Tiffy said hoping out of jeep .

Tiffy waved her hand as his car pulled away , and then driven off .....

she then pulled her gate open with her remote control then she walk inside the yard locked the gates , she then went inside of her NEW house .
