Baldwin went as far as setting up a meeting with Liam. He wants me to instruct Liam to recognize his sovereignty; otherwise, he would use the opportunity to attack the castle, with Liam gone, no one would be able to protect Alicia and it would be easier to kill Alicia.
A part of me wanted to warn him, to tell him not to leave the house without ensuring Alicia's safety, but there was no way I could do that except I use the mind link. For some reason, I couldn't connect to her anymore. I tried so hard, but I couldn't.
I felt nervous, if Liam shows up at the meeting then Alicia is no different from a sitting duck.
Baldwin has specifically asked for Liam's presence to ensure my safety, and I know Liam. He would never pass down an offer to kill Baldwin personally.
