An air of joy hit me straight in the heart as I finally got in and then I saw Thea, lying on her side. She seemed to be asleep because she didn't make a move when I began moving towards her.
I took a stool and sat beside her but she seemed to be really asleep.
I sighed in relieve, that way she wouldn't know I was here.
"Thea...." I muttered, making sure she was asleep one last time and she didn't respond. Slowly, I reached out to her shoulder, the moment I touched her, I tensed and let out shaky breaths. "I wish I could have you in my arms once again." I whispered and had the urge to hold her tighter so I squeezed her shoulder slightly but retracted my hand immediately as she made a turn toward me.
