It is a very old necklace with a cage looking pendant and inside there is a pink/purple ball that makes a Sound when you wave with it.  

'That thing i think i've seen it they took it from you i think be right back' said elijah.

In the meantime i asked everyone to leave the room except for freya, and to call freya when they have the necklace.

This necklace is the only thing that can help me keep my inner wolf calm when i can't blow steam off by training 

Freya please promise me something if anything happens no matter what don't let anyone in and don't tell anyone what happened.

And before she could answer i started to scream out of pain and my hands started to stansform.

Then there was a knock on the door it was elijah.

Freya promised but she needed anyone to hold me down so she had to let elijah help her she let him in and whispered to me i'm sorry but i have to.

And elijah saw what was happening 'what is going on with her?'

Freya already had a spell up so nobody could here us.

'I think she is turning in a wolf but she said she was a half vampire not wolf, and i wasn't aloud to talk about this to anyone so please don't.

Se also asked me to let no one in but i need you to hold her down now'

'Okay' i screamed in pain elijah tried to hold me down as good as he can, and freya put my necklace around my neck.

Immediately everything was fine like nothing happened at all.
