"Hey Marcel, can I talk to you for a minute?" Kate asked, trying to sound casual. Marcel turned to her, a hint of curiosity in his eyes. "What's up?" Kate took a deep breath and launched into her thoughts, trying to explain how she had been feeling. Marcel listened intently, his expression unreadable. "Look, Kate, I think you're a great person, but I don't want to rush into anything," Marcel said, his voice gentle but firm. "Let's get to know each other better and see where things go, okay?"
