“Can I speak to you Alpha Leonidas?” I said and turned to go back up the stairs. He followed quickly, not saying a word. I opened the door to a room and went in, he followed and shut the door behind him. I took a breath and turned to him. “He’s so beautiful, it’s going to hurt to break his heart,” Sotiras said. “I know, but it’s for the better, we can never be normal and enough for him. We’ll never compare to his first mate” I said back.
I began to talk in a loud cold voice, “I Rheya Coulter, Alpha of the Scarlett Rose pack, reject-” was all I could get our before Alpha Leonidas approached me and pulled me in for a kiss. It caught me off guard, but I managed to push him off and swing. I connected with his face and some blood oozed from his nose.
