“Damn it devika! Can you just let me win one?” Leonidas said with a laugh. We had been working on training today and he decided to challenge me, despite Tyler and Natalie’s protests. This was our fifth round and he was covered in dirt laying on his back, I however was untouched. I laughed and shook my head, “You can’t get better if I go easy!”
“You should try sparring with Amara. Blessed wolf against a vampire? The playing field is even.” Tyler joked out.
“Actually, not a bad idea.” I said and Dean let out a growl. I waved him off, “Not in that way Dean, although I am curious who would win. But Amara can teach us the best way to fight a vampire. None of us have faced off against one and Christian may have a few under his wing wanting to take down our pack.”
