I woke up tired and sore, normally a heat can last up to two weeks but if you have mate and do the deed it’ll only last for 3 days. Leo and I decided to shower and clean ourselves, preparing for our morning training, we were exhausted but after being locked away for two days we had to come back to reality and prepare for the battle ahead.
