Watching Casey run out of the kitchen like that made me remember that she is still young and full of life. She has gone through so much and I hope by her taking a step away from Alpha duties she can start enjoying the life she deserves.
Only thing to do now was to capture Lauren and make sure there were no more threats towards Casey. I gathered Sean, Blaine, Miles and Adam in the office. We had gone over our plans multiple times, but I wanted to leave no room for error.
