Casey
We made it all the way up to Labor and Delivery and saw Nate and Kat sitting in the waiting room.
“You made it,” Kat rushed to me, wrapping her arms around me”
“Is everything alright?” I asked.
“Yes, yes, everything is fine. We were just worried you might not make it in time. Her contractions were pretty close together,” she looked between Ryan and me, “Casey, do you mind coming with me to get something to eat. I was in such a rush to get here that I didn’t realize I hadn't eaten today”
“Yeah”
She grabbed my hand and led me towards the vending machines. When we were far enough away she started talking.

“What do you mean?”
