CHAPTER 5 JASMINE

JENNIFER’S POV

The guys have only been gone for a few moments when there’s a knock on the door. I open the door; I see Mary and smile.

“The Kings mentioned that you might want to take a nap. So, I brought you a night gown and a change of clothes to change into after your nap. I’m sure you will sleep better if you have a shower. I know I always do. These are mine, so don’t worry about returning them. The triplets will get you some clothes soon; I’m sure.” she says then smiles and leaves.

I would tell her it wasn’t necessary, but a shower sounds so good, I’m covered in dirt. I quickly go into the bathroom and take a shower. It feels so good to get clean. It takes several minutes before the water runs clear and not brown. I hadn’t realized I looked as dirty as I felt. I get out of the shower, and dry off. When I look into the mirror, I’m shocked to realize that my hair isn’t brown, it’s a strawberry blond. I shake my head, and put the nightgown on before climb in bed. The next thing I know is the sun is streaming in the window. I must have really needed the sleep. I get dressed and quietly walk down the stairs, wondering idly what time it is.

“How are you feeling Jennifer” someone asks me, but when I look around there’s no one in sight.

“How are you feeling Jennifer” someone asks me, but I don’t see anyone in sight.

“Who’s there,” I ask. No one answers. I walk a few more steps.

“We can’t talk here. I need you to go back to your room,” the voice says again.

“Will you harm me,” I asked.

“Never!”

I walk back to my room and close the door.

“Jennifer, my name is Jasmine and I am your wolf,” the voice says.

I look around for the person speaking, but no one’s there.

“I am part of you, we are two halves of a whole. You are hearing my voice in your head right now. You are a werewolf. Just like the triplets and everyone else here,” says Jasmine. “You are in danger, I was able to help you escape the last time we were being held captive, but it used a lot of our energy, and that is why I haven’t been with you the last three days.”

Who was holding me captive,” I ask her.

“I don’t want to get into that yet. I want you to come to that realization on your own. I can only tell you certain things right now.”

“OK, what can you tell me then,” I ask.

“Jason, Justin and Jonathan are your mates. You will mate with them and become the Queen and Luna of the entire werewolf kingdom, however, the people that are after you are still coming for you. We need to keep it hidden that you are who you are and we need to work on getting you stronger. We cannot tell them that you have your wolf. There are a few things that I need to warn you about. Anytime the boys touch you, you will feel a spark, it is because they are your mates, you cannot react, because if you do, they will know you have your wolf back and will want to mate. You need to hold off on mating as long as possible, because Alpha’s have a mating ceremony, and we cannot have anyone see you in wolf form. Do you have any questions that can’t wait until after breakfast?” Jasmine asks me.

“I can’t think of any. Except, can I trust the triplets?”

“You can trust them as far as they will not hurt you and they will be great mates to you and fathers to your children, however, this is a secret that we need to keep to ourselves for as long as possible, because the second anyone knows, there’s a possibility that others will find out, without anyone meaning it to,” she says.

“I understand. I won’t tell anyone. As far as anyone knows I still don’t have a memory and I am still human. Which isn’t far from the truth, because I can’t remember what happened to me, you just told me this information, I don’t remember it. I feet her nod.”

I walk out of my room and head for the stairs, I should ask my mates if I can use the elevartor. Walking six floors sucks. It’s weird, now that Jasmine’s back, so is my appetite, I’m starving. I hear many voices and follow them, because I figured they’re eating breakfast. I can hear the triplets and smile. Now I know why I feel compelled to be with them and I’m excited to know I will. When I enter the room, I see Jason, Justin and Jonathan all sitting at the bar eating. They looked at me and smiled. I braced myself for the shock that Jasmine warned me about, because I don’t want to jerk. When Jason first touches me I’m glad she warned me, because there’s no way I would have been able to keep from jerking if I hadn’t braced myself before the touch. Jason kisses my cheek and I feel the same sparks on my cheek. I smile. Justin and Jonathan follow suit and they both kiss me on my cheeks.

“Well, if that is how I’m going to be greeted when I get up in the mornings, I think I’ll go back to bed and get up again,” I says with a small chuckle to try to hide my embarrassment.

After all, three guys kiss me on my cheeks, I giggle and try to hide the fact that I’m embarrassed.

They smile and Jason pulls me toward the food. There’s a small plate with an egg and a couple of pieces of bacon and pancakes on it.

I look down at it and frown. “Oh, this just won’t do,” I think, then I look at the triplet’s plates that are each about half full. I quickly grab each plate and dump its contents on my plate and quickly place the plates back in front of them. I have all three of their plates completely empty and am happily eating my now full plate. The triplets are busy talking about some sort of kingdom business and it seemed to have them so caught up that, they didn’t even notice me emptying their plates. I continue eating my full plate and looked at Mary. She had her napkin over her mouth, trying not to laugh. About that time, all three of them put their forks on their plates to get some food and realized that all their food was gone. Each one turns to one another to accuse them and notice they’re all the same state. I just continue eating and talking to Mary about what she does during the day and if she needs help. I can see out of the corner of my eye that all three of them have a look of confusion on their faces, trying to figure out what happened. It looks like they think it might be me, but seems afraid to accuse me. I’m sure if they’re afraid to scare me away because I of the way I acted last night, or because of my memory issues. They don’t seem comfortable asking me if I took their food right out from under their noses. Just then three girls come in and start talking to the Kings. Jason, Justin and Jonathan talk with them, but I have a hard time not getting angry as they hung all over them. They’re practically sitting on their laps.

“Jason, I need to talk to you privately in your room,” the girl hanging on Jason states.

“Justin, I really need to talk to you in your room also,” the girl with her arms around Justin says in his ear.

“Yah, Jonathan, we are all having problem, can I”

Just then all three of the guy’s coffee cups brake and coffee goes all over the boys and the nasty girls.

The girls scream about their hair or something and run out, and the boys turn around and look at their coffee cups.

“Jennifer, calm down before you break something else, take a deep breath. You have to control you temper,” I hear Jasmine say.

“You mean I did that,” I ask her in my head.

“Yes, because you were jealous. You have to be careful.” Jasmine tell me.

I swallow, nod and head to my room. I never thought that maybe they had girlfriends. Why were they kissing me on the cheek if they have girlfriends? I lay down on the bed, what am I going to do.

“We need to go and practice. Climb out your window and go into the woods,” Jasmine tells me.

I do as she says and walk until she tells me to stop. We’re in what looks like the former castle. It seems like a good place to practice.

She has me practice lifting rocks and throwing them with my mind, over and over. It’s very tasking.
