Resting in bed, I could still feel the ache of my healing wounds. The memory of the attack lingered in me like a shadow. No matter what I do, it will forever be part of me. But it’s not because of the terrible encounter I had with those p*****t rogues. Rather, it’s because of Remus, the spirit wolf that forever changed my life.
As I lay there, my mind wandered to the spirit wolf who had connected with me on that scary day. It felt like a long time had passed, and yet the memory was as clear as day.
