Imani slowly opened her eyes and lifted her head from the dashboard in front of her. She winced at the sharp pain she felt in her head. Apparently there was an aftermath effect of the slap that knocked her out. She looked to her side and saw Chloe, still passed out, her head resting on the steering of the car. She gently tapped her shoulders, trying to wake her. After some slightly heavy taps, Chloe groaned, squinting her eyes as though she had just woken up from a deep sleep.
