Kaede's POV
"I'm flying to Korea tonight."
I know he was kidding. This is another prank of him. I laughed and then hit his arm. "Stop joking like that, Gin. Let's just eat,” I said.
"I'm not joking, Kaede. Sorry. My mom wants me there, and I have to be there for her,” he said with a sad tone.
They're just silent. I think they knew it already. Maybe that's why this devil beside me was treating me nicely. I'm really assuming. He's right. Now I understand why he's being nice.
Gin is leaving me. The only friend, best friend, and brother to me is leaving me tonight. Now I know why I had this ill-feeling when I saw him this morning. He's leaving tonight. That means tomorrow, and for the rest of the days, I will not see Gin. Now I'm going to be alone again.
