Chapter Seventeen
My friends sent me a few texts messages while I was on the bus ride home, just asking how I was doing, even though they had seen me through out the day at school, and if I wanted to go to dinner with them tonight. Apparently, it was ‘’Raven’s treat’’. I just text them back and said no thanks before turning my phone off.
When I got in, my parents weren’t home, so, for my own peace of mind, I locked the front door and headed to my room. This was pretty much what I did every day. I only left for food on the weekends. It was like I was in isolation, but I put myself there, so, I can’t exactly moan about it.
Laying down on my bed, I closed my eyes and signed.
