It has been two weeks since I booked my appointment at the private hospital for my annual check-up, and today I have the appointment. I am slightly nervous about it. Matthew had originally wanted to go with me, as he wanted to be here in case we found out I was pregnant. But one of the departments at Matthew’s company had landed a deal, and wanted Matthew to come and take a look at it. That is what he told me, so he was not going to be able to come to my appointment. I completely understood. I would rather surprise him with the news that I am pregnant. Plus, I did plan to do some shopping with Kelly after this appointment. Something Matthew was also aware of.
