Rob was shocked at the speed I was driving at, and I was surprised that he and the rest of the force he was bringing with him, were able to keep up. Despite what the media reports of the police, they do work hard and work fast in high-speed pursuits. Certainly, something I am glad of when it comes to having the police on my side. Eilith's tracking device signal was strong, something I was grateful for, because they hadn’t found the tracking device, or thought to use a signal jammer.
