The next day, Rob and Cameron came over at 10am sharp. I had to tell Eilith to calm down several times from the moment we got up this morning. She was stressing herself out a lot, trying to remember everything her father and mother had taught her. She was only five years old when they died, so this was going to be a long shot at best. I didn’t want her to stress herself out too much. She wanted me to meet with Rob and Cameron first, and chat about whatever us guys talk about. Those words made me chuckle. But I knew she just wanted a minute to herself, so she could gather her thoughts, before she looked at the document.
