Go home with Robert

Ennifer was But John was just an average office worker, barely getting by himself, let alone helping Gerry. It was because of this that John lost all standing in his wife's family. Whenever they met, Gerry's family would mock John, but he endured it every time because they were his wife's family. That was in the past. Would he continue to indulge their bad behavior now? John didn't want to associate with Gerry, given how in his past life Gerry went out drinking hot coffee at -50 degrees, not only freezing himself to death, but nearly harming many others too. John pretended not to see him, wanting to keep enjoying his delicious steak. But annoyingly, Gerry tottered out of the diner towards him. "Brother-in-law! Oh wait, ex-brother-in-law heh heh~" John glanced at him - he still looked as punchable as ever after all this time. "Ex-brother-in-law eating a burger here?~" John grumbled in reply: "Yes, as you can see." "Come on, this stuff isn't that tasty, little bro will treat you to a Michelin restaurant!" John didn't want to get involved, so tried to keep eating. But Gerry habitually draped an arm over his shoulder, pulling him along. With so many people coming and going, making a scene wouldn't look good, so John could only bring his burger and steak with him inside. John wondered how this guy suddenly had money to eat at such a high-end place. "Mom, sis, look who I found!" As soon as John entered, he saw his ex-wife Sarah, along with the man Henry who had moved in to live with her. Ah, now it made sense. John understood - no wonder this scumbag was acting so gracious, as if he really had money. Turns out this dinner was on Henry's dime.
