“You have to be kidding me,” Colin shakes his head while Bob and Saint stare at me.
Ember and I sat everyone down to tell them about our relationship. Neither of us expected them to be happy about it, but I didn’t expect Colin to look as if he wanted to kill me where I sat.
“After everything you were told!”
I roll my eyes at Matt.
“There’s no use yelling about what’s already happened. We just have to put it behind us and move on.”
“Bob,” I take a deep breath. “This wasn’t one night, and I’m done,” I look at Ember and smile. She returns that smile and takes my hand in her own. “What Ember and I have is special. I don’t know what she did to me, but I don’t want to let her go.”
“Well, you’ll have to let her go because this is not happening!”
