Alpha Don watched from across the street as Tyler stormed into the restaurant. His face gave nothing away, but his jaw tightened slightly, just enough for his Beta to notice.
“Should I wait?” Mack asked quietly.
Alpha Don didn’t answer right away. His eyes remained fixed on the entrance. He was thinking, calculating. Watching Tessa from afar had become part of his routine lately. She still didn’t know, of course. Neither did Tyler and that was the point.
“No,” he said finally, his voice cool. “Drive.”
Mack started the car, easing it into the street while keeping the speed low, in case Don changed his mind.
