Caleb’s POV
I talked to Zeke until she had calmed down. Miguel kept mumbling in his drunk sleep so I went away to the living room and went to the kitchen to eat while I ordered online to send Zeke some food. I doubt that she would eat after what happened. She didn’t really tell me the entirety of what happened although I had already heard most of the specifics to Liam. He said he compelled Zeke to hate him to the point that she didn’t want to see him again. But from what I heard so far, Liam failed to compel his sister to do what he wanted.
Zeke was starting to self-destruct and hated herself more than she hated Liam. It’s not even his compulsion that is the problem. I could bet that this was happening because of her personality. She’d rather hate herself than totally hate her brother.
