My hunger came back as soon as I left. Lucky enough, I found a human that was walking in the streets. This time, I made sure to take my prey to a more secluded area. I compelled the human to follow me and we walked at a distance. As much as my whole system wanted to just rip someone’s throat out at that moment, I had to be careful.
“I’m really sorry.” I mumbled after I compelled her not to be afraid, when the truth was, I am more scared of myself and how hungry I feel right now.
