“You’re scared. Do you really think I would give you to Lucia?” He asked again and I had no choice but to answer honestly.
I nodded, “It was for the greater good. The killings would stop and you wouldn’t have to worry. I don’t see why you didn’t do so.” I would have to shut up today or I would say things that are overly honest and would upset people.
He chuckled, quite dry for a laugh. “You really are an honest person. It’s pretty amusing, I should admit.”
“I don’t know how to feel about what happened earlier, but I definitely can’t do that again.” I covered my mouth and closed my eyes for a moment. Please, for the love of everything holy, please turn me back to normal or I will lose my head.
