"GET UP!" Dalia's voice rang across the room, making Noor jump. Every other woman was stretching slowly, or rubbing their eyelids.
"That's enough sleep. Get up." Dalia said, heading for the door. "This house isn't going to run itself."
Confused and drowsy, Noor sat up on the mat. She had just closed her eyes for a split second. She couldn't have been asleep for more than an hour. Why was she being woken up now?
"What's going on?" she asked sleepily, rubbing her eyes slowly as she yawned.
"Oh you'll get used to it." Sa'ima said, rising to her feet. Surprisingly, she didn't seem sleepy at all. "Dalia likes to wake us all very early in the morning."
Noor turned around and looked out the window. The sky was still dark outside. It wasn't even close to dawn.
