Chapter 13 Blake tugged at his polo shirt and looked again at the time on the wall clock. Alicia would be here any minute. He didn’t know why, but he’d been in a good mood all day. Even his best friend, Josh—who was a surgical resident and who he’d had lunch with—had commented that he’d had a perpetual grin on his face. Blake had never let a woman into his apartment before. Well, except for his mother, and she’d only visited the first time he’d moved in. He considered it too personal.
