Julie had a hard time processing the idea that her biological father might be a human trafficker. If it was true, she couldn’t believe that it had been kept from her. Julie leaned her head on the window and said tiredly, "Take me to Anna’s house. I have something to tell her."
Dinah didn’t ask her for a reason. She simply obeyed and, when they arrived, she instinctively knew that Julie wanted her to stay behind. As Julie opened the door, she looked at her and said, “If you need me, this is where I’ll be.”
"No,” Julie sighed. “I will stay with Anna this evening. You should go find Stephen."
Dinah smiled and thanked Julie.
