Chapter 13.

[Ashleighs POV].

I woke up not long after Dean left for morning training, it felt nice being back in my bed and I was definitely going to miss it. Alpha James had asked me if I wanted to sell my house back to him because when we come back to visit we would be staying in a guestroom in the pack house, I told him I would think about it.

I loved my little house and I didn't know if I was ready to let it go yet.

I got up and got ready for the day, I decided that when we got back to White Moon that I would talk to Dean about starting training.

Freya has been trying to get me to start for years, but I just felt self conscious because she is strong and so good at fighting, but it makes sense now with her being a special wolf and hey everyone has to start somewhere right? And I know Freya will help me.

After I finished getting ready I decided to text my mum to see if her and dad were awake.

'hey mum, you guys awake? x'

'good morning sweetheart, yes we're both awake. Would you like to join us for breakfast? x'

'Yeesss, I'll be right there x'

I left my little house and walked to my mum and dad's house, it was only five minutes away, I knocked on the door and walked in.

"Ashleigh baby, come to the dining room I've made you some scrambled eggs on toast"

"oh yummy"

My mum smiled at me.

"so are you excited to be going back to White Moon tomorrow?" My dad asked.

"Kind of... I'm just going to miss you both so much" I said.

"Are you sure you can't move there?"

"Oh hunny, we told you our lives are here. You need to go make your own like now with Dean.

I felt the exact same you do when I met your dad and had to leave my pack and my parents, I know it's hard but you will be fine. And besides we will come visit you with Freyas parents and I'm sure you and Freya will come visit here too"

My mum said and hugged me.

I felt better knowing they would be ok and like she said I needed to make my own life now with Dean.

"Well Dean is a wonderful young man, he's very respectful" my dad said.

"Yeah he is" I smiled

"I love him so much"

"So... When are we getting grandpups?" my mum asked.

"oh my Goddess mum! Maria asked Freya the same thing last night.. What is wrong with you two?" I laughed.

"Hey our baby girls are all grown up and leaving the nest, it's time for more pups" she shrugged.

"I know but I'll say what Freya said last night, we have only been mated for two weeks!"

"yes hunny I know but our world is different, when we are bonded and marked.. it's for life! It's not like human relationships, you're practically married with that mark on your neck"

"Yeah mum I know.. But me and Dean haven't even talked about pups yet, can you lot just calm down?"

"Ok ok"

"Mmm I definitely want to have Dean and Ezras pups" Storm chimed in.

"Girl you can calm down too"

"Hmph"

"Did you really just 'hmph' me?"

She didn't reply and I rolled my eyes at her, Storm could be so dramatic.

"And I really don't want to talk about mating and marking infront of dad" I said

"Yeah I agree with Ash on that" My dad said and I laughed.

"Anyway that Alpha Sam seems like a nice man too, is Freya happy with him?" my mum asked.

"Oh definitely, she is head over heels for him. And he adores her, it's so funny cause Freya thought he was going to reject her" I laughed at the memory.

"What?" my mum and dad asked at the same time.

"oh yeah.. Well with the way that Freya always talked about Sam, how attractive he is and how he always made her laugh and bla bla bla. I asked her what she would do if he turned out to be her mate and she said that she thought he would reject her because she's 'just a Betas daughter' and not 'powerful' enough, cause you know some Alphas are idiots and reject their mate unless they are an Alphas daughter" I rolled my eyes.

"but anyway turns out Sam has been in love with her for years and apparently felt the mate bond before she even turned 18" I shrugged, my mum and dad were sat there with their mouths open.

"Well if he would have rejected her I would have hated to see what Beta Rob, Beta Kyle and Alpha James would have done to him" my dad laughed.

"Yeah" I laughed with him.

"Well if Dean had rejected you I would have been down there so fast" my dad said and I just smiled at him.

"No matter how old you are, you are my baby girl and I would do anything to protect you" he stood up and kissed me on the forehead, I was definitely a daddy's girl.

After talking to my mum and dad they said it would probably be best if I did sell my house, so I asked them if I could keep some stuff here at their house and they said they didn't mind.

"So dad would you mind helping me bring some boxes over now? Dean's going to finish training soon and I'd rather get some stuff done now"

"Yeah sure hunny no problem"

We left their house and made our way to mine.

"So what are the pack members like at White Moon? We only met a couple when we where there" my dad asked.

"Yeah everyone is really nice and I'm getting along really well with the Gammas too"

"Ah yes we met the Gammas while we were there, they seem very nice"

I nodded at him.

We made it to my house and as we stood outside I let out a sigh.

"what's the matter?" my dad asked.

"I just can't believe I'm going to sell my house, I love it so much and I'm going to miss it a lot"

"oh I know hunny, but like your mum said you have to make a new life with Dean now. As much as I hate to say it because I obviously I don't want to lose my baby girl, me and your mum are so very proud of you. Our daughter the Beta female" he said with tears in his eyes.

"Aaww dad" I said and gave him a hug.

"right let's get moving these boxes before I change my mind and make you stay"

"hahaha dad you can't make me stay!"

"I can try"

My dad looked at the boxes then looked at me.

"Umm I probably should have brought my car" he laughed.

"Yeah that might have been a good idea"

"Just wait here I'll run over and get it"

My dad came back with the car and we started loading boxes in.

"Is this everything?"

"Yeah the rest of the stuff is what I'm going to take to White Moon with me"

"Ok, come on then get in"

I jumped in and we drove back to my parents house, it only took two minutes.

We unloaded the boxes and put them in the spare room.

"How come you're not taking everything with you?" my mum asked.

"Well because we only have one room in the pack house and I don't want to take up so much space and besides if I leave some stuff here I won't have to bring loads back when I come visit" I smiled.

"Oh Freya said she was going to donate some of her clothes so I decided to do the same, I put the box in the car so I'm going to take it up to the pack house now" I picked up the box.

"Oh we'll come with you, I want to go see Luna Zoe and Freyas parents" my mum said.

As we reached the pack house we were about to walk through the door when we heard four massive roars come from the training grounds direction. And I knew one of them was Dean.

"What the hell was that?"

I put the box down infront of the pack house and set of running in the direction off the training grounds, my dad was running with me.

When we finally stopped running, I saw the reason for the roars.

"Freya! What the f**k!?"
