1040 Words
Wake up and prepare some breakfast. Brush your teeth. Take shower then dress up. Get some deodorant and mild perfume. Repeat the process until it becomes an excellent habit. You become a master on your terms. Don't wait for anyone to keep out of your true calling. Do not hesitate to face your fears. Fear has different aspects in life. There is that Fear that pushes you to face everything and arise. The other Fear instills phobia intended to discourage not face instead of facing it telling you to run. Invest in shares. Everyone is either buying or selling something. While others are in dire need to establish a roof. Buy and build it step by step you will find the right path. Avoid those who scatter everything they have gathered within days. Choose wisely and track your progress as you proceed. Once you realize how your spending is high. Evaluate the circle of friends. Cut those who suck and keep those who add value closer. Make changes as you avert trouble. No one and I copies. No one is interested to tag along during your adversities. Just those who lure you into the temptation to spend what you had saved for the rainy season. Once everything is exhausted one by one they start leaving your space. No one picks up or calls. Loneliness and fear take over your inner core. No friends no food no rent. Everything is wiped out by those whom you trusted and adored. Days, weeks, months then years pass by. No one is reaching out as before. Then you realize nothing is left. You sell everything thing to sustain your expensive lifestyle. You try everything within your reach to make ends meet. Then the landlord comes knocking and serves an eviction notice. Trouble after Trouble then the distress kicks in. I'm not sure about tomorrow, whom shall I turn to. No one is interested in helping me out. I spend sleepless nights on a cold empty stomach. I start begging. I am lost in the wilderness to an extent of giving up. I failed miserably on finding shelter and food. Taking shower becomes something of the past. Why do people get interested when your star is shining? They come in different colors sweet and needy. Then you allow them in. Once they gain access they start manifestation of their true self. Pretense is their weakness or stronghold you only understand their mission. Be careful with their stunning advances. Sometimes the devil comes in different forms. Some with pretty innocent look others with suggestive eyes. They are aware of your limits or you've kept and left them guessing. The more you interact the more their intentions are unfolded. With or without knowing some will hit the nail on the top. While others hit the nail on the head it slides. Calculations differ even when the answer is the same. Even if you halt the process they will find their way back the same way they came. Giving people an open opportunity to be true for once in their life. They disappoint you with their expectations and your expectations do not align. Save your sweat for another day. It isn't worth your time and energy. I remembered something about being mindful isn’t something we practice intuitively it comes from deep down the depths of love. Most times I ask myself if some of us are running on autopilot or if we aren’t intentional, present, or mindful. We tend to rush to conclusions. Sometimes, we have to build a mindful coexistence into our routines. Are there practical ways to do that? Oh, yes! Take a deep! Breathe. Breathe... in... in..... in!! Breathe out! Breathe Out! Out! Out!! Then Breathe Out!!! We all breathe. All the time. Repeat the above exercise three times each day. We know the beauty of breathing in and breathing out and focusing on that breath is that it’s so simple and quick. One deep breath promotes better clarity and focus and most importantly, it helps you stay more interested, focused, and involved. I have kept this routine like practicing breathing in and out. Even in between meetings sessions I often get some deep breaths to have vivid pictures and thoughts. When I'm stretched and lost beyond my limits I became powerless. The brain sinks without second thoughts. Bitterness and low self-esteem seek refuge in me. If you're lucky enough you don't lose yourself in the process. Losing yourself is the hardest act to undo. I completely forgot my ability to let go. Stay strong and fight against all those you lost. Those moments you just need to pass as you continue figuring out how to make an everlasting impression. This takes time to practice sacrificing your most fantastic fantasies. Just imagine, leaving all that besides to chase your dream even when everything seemed so dim. I still pressed on and maintained my mind clear and focused. This needs extra effort to get the best out part of yourself. This is the realization stage trying to hide and uncover some hidden potential possibility of making some lively enlightenment. Sometimes when things aren't heading in the right direction. I try taking extra deep breaths and use that time to focus and clear my thoughts. Suddenly, the breaths bring forth some sober thinking that saves the day. Sometimes sipping water in between sensational sessions is mental therapy. These quick pauses help me focus on what’s happening and what’s coming up so I can be more present, aware, and grounded. This is what why where when and how becoming your best leads to your teasers. You will never be wrong with something that your heart beats for. Passion is what keeps a man alive even after winning the battle. It is not an easy task to maintain because the slightest mistake is your first time learning that failure is part of learning and the art of mastering subjects better. There is no better strategy than what shines within you. Discipline is always ignored by most of us. Trying to understand why everything happens and for what reason. Keep the fire burning. I like the flames from the fire. Well, see how the smoke is blowing following the wind.
