Ishaan knew he couldn’t erase the past few days—the heartbreak, the uncertainty, the lingering pain in both their hearts. But if there was one thing he could do, it was change the mood. They had come to Bali for a vacation, not to drown in sorrow. And he was determined to make Arohi smile again. A Fresh Start The next morning, as Arohi sat quietly on the balcony, lost in thought, Ishaan walked up behind her and leaned in dramatically. “Madam, do you plan to sit here and mope all day, or shall I book a temple visit for you and your long-lost love Arjun?” he teased, grinning. Arohi’s head snapped toward him, eyes wide in shock. Ishaan chuckled. “You should’ve seen your face just now!” Arohi shook her head in disbelief. “Ishaan, you’re impossible.” “Impossible but charming,” he corrected, wiggling his eyebrows. “Now, enough with the sad eyes. We’re in Bali! You didn’t come all the way here just to cry, did you?” Arohi hesitated, but Ishaan didn’t give her a chance to refuse. “Get dressed,” he announced. “We’re going on an adventure.” Exploring Bali – A Day of Fun & Laughter Arohi had no idea what Ishaan had planned, but soon enough, she found herself standing on a golden beach, staring at the turquoise waters of Bali. Ishaan grinned. “Ever tried parasailing?” Arohi’s eyes widened. “Are you crazy?” “Absolutely.” He took her hand and pulled her toward the instructor. Before she could protest, they were strapped into a harness, the parachute ballooning behind them. Moments later, they were lifted into the sky, soaring above the ocean. Arohi screamed at first, clutching Ishaan’s arm, but then… she started laughing. The view was breathtaking. The cool breeze against her skin, the endless ocean below—it felt like freedom. When they landed, Ishaan was grinning. “See? Told you it’d be fun.” Arohi rolled her eyes but couldn’t stop smiling. Snorkeling in Crystal-Clear Waters Next, Ishaan convinced her to go snorkeling. They took a boat to Nusa Penida, where the water was crystal clear, revealing vibrant coral reefs below. As they swam among colorful fish, Ishaan kept pointing out the weirdest-looking ones. “That one looks like my old school principal,” he joked, making Arohi burst into laughter underwater. For the first time in days, she felt light again. Sunset Swing & Beach Bonfire As the day neared its end, Ishaan took Arohi to the famous Bali Swing, a giant wooden swing hanging over a lush jungle. Arohi hesitated. “I don’t know…” “Come on! If you survived parasailing, you can survive this.” With his encouragement, she got on the swing and let herself go. As the swing soared high above the valley, she felt something shift inside her. Maybe, just maybe, happiness wasn’t impossible after all. That night, they ended the day with a bonfire on the beach, roasting marshmallows under a sky full of stars. Arohi turned to Ishaan. “Thank you for today.” He smiled, poking her nose playfully. “My job is to make you smile again, remember?” She didn’t say anything, but for the first time, she felt like maybe, just maybe… she was ready to try
